TERMS: Send Check or money order to our PO Box address with your order. COD orders will not be accepted.
CUSTOM ORDERS: If your feet are different sizes or shapes due to breakage or deformities, a hand-drawn outline of both feet will be most useful. There is also a $10 extra charge for custom or special orders.
WHOLESALE TERMS: Cash with order. We will pay regular domestic surface shipping.
Open Accounts: Net 30 days. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
New accounts: Payment will speed your order through our credit department and save shipping costs.
No COD's please.
Discounts: 6% for orders of six (6) dozen pairs or more.
Delivery as confirmed by factory.
GUARANTEE:
Barefoot Cobbler will accept returned marchandise for any reason up to and not exceeding thirty (30) days after the merchandise was shipped. Clearance items may not be exchanged. Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for repair. To qualify for exchange, merchandise must be in perfect resale condition, with tags, etc, and must show absolutely no wear on soles or imprint on foot beds.
Don't wear them if you don't intend to keep them!
Customer is responsible for all payment of shipping associated with the exchange of goods.
