FaxMax Fax Broadcasting
A fast, convenient and cost effective way to fax your
document to a number of destinations without tying up
your time or fax machine. Great for sending out product
updates, price lists, special offers, breaking information,
sales reports, etc. You determine when you would like
the document to be broadcast, immediately, after hours
(to take advantage of the lower rates), or a future date.
No need to worry about constantly busy fax destinations, FaxMax will call back
ten times to ensure your document is delivered. And FaxMax saves you money
on transmission time by sending your document at the maximum speed the
destination machine can receive.

Peak time is 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, Off Peak is all other times
including Holidays. Monthly minimum of $10, one time set up charge of
$25 for up to 99 different lists. Set-up charge is waaived if you provide list(s)
on disk.

FaxMax offers personalized cover sheets with complete sender and recipient
information as well as number of pages, date and time to ensure that your fax
gets to the correct person. We can even add your logo if you desire.

Upon completion of your broadcast, FaxMax will automatically fax a summary
report back to you showing delivery times to each of your fax destinations.
If after 10 tries, a particular destination was still unavailable (ring no answer,
disconnected number, etc.) that information will be noted on your report for
investigation.
 
 

FaxMax Never Busy Fax

In today’s business environment the fax machine is a vital
communication link. It generates revenue through orders,
requests for proposals and customer inquiries. It makes 
your business more efficient by channeling up to the minute
information from your suppliers, advisors and employees.

But what happens when two people try to send you a fax
at the same time? Or your fax machine runs out of paper
or jams? Often you will miss important information because the sender assumes
you received it. Worse yet, customers may be sending orders to your competition
out of frustration with your fax machine.

Never allow your fax machine to stand between you and your business again.
Whenever your fax machine is busy, out of paper, or out of service, FaxMax
will automatically store your faxes and then attempt to redeliver them every
few minutes until your machine is able to receive. If your machine is still
unavailable after 15 attempts, FaxMax alerts our customer service department
to call you directly to correct the problem.

notes piled on your desk. All messages are time and date stamped can be 
replayed, stored, skipped, 2.9deleted or forwarded to another mailbox.

VoiceMail can be as simple as a cost effective replacement for your answering 
service or as comprehensive as a company wide voice mail system with audio 
menus. The choice is yours and you can add on features as you need them.

A special feature of VoiceMail is Toll Free access to your mailbox. Pick up your 
messages while on the road or at a client’s office without the inconvenience 
of finding change or using a calling card. The mailbox can even be

Meeting Line
Meeting Line conference calls are the efficient way to achieve 
the spontaneity and productivity of face-to-face meetings without 
the inconvenience and expense of travel. Participants in your 
conference are not required to be at a specific place nor do they 
need special equipment, any telephone worldwide will connect 
them. There are no start-up costs or monthly fees to use Meeting 
Line, you only pay for what you use.

Meeting Line conference calls are transmitted over a digital 
network using full-duplex digital bridging equipment to ensure 
clear, full volume audio without delays or clipped sentences.

A Meeting Line conference call can be setup in just minutes or months ahead of time. 
Regularly scheduled meetings can be arranged as well. An operator will bring your 
participants together, call role and announce late arrivals as they join the meeting. 
Additional participants may be brought into the meeting as required and subgroups 
may be broken off into their own private meetings. A listen-only option is available 
that allows individuals to monitor the meeting but not interrupt the proceedings. 
Meeting Line can handle the distribution of your meeting materials as well, sending 
them via fax prior to or during the meeting. And your entire meeting can be 
captured on audio tape for later distribution.
